摘要 目的探讨CD10在胃癌组织间质细胞中的表达及其与肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测116例胃癌组织中间质细胞CD10的表达。结果胃癌组织中间质细胞CD10(+)表达率为19%(22/116)。间质细胞CD10(+)中高、中分化癌显著多于CD10(-)表达者(P<0.01);22例间质细胞CD10(+)表达的胃癌中,19例(86.4%)有淋巴结转移,明显高于CD10(-)者(P<0.05);间质细胞CD10(+)表达中有脉管侵犯者明显高于无脉管侵犯者(P<0.05);胃癌组织中间质细胞CD10(+)表达与肿瘤的临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论间质细胞CD10(+)可能促进了胃癌细胞的转移,在高、中分化癌的发展中可能发挥了重要的作用。 Objective To explore the expression of CD10 in the stromal ceils of gastric carcinoma and relationship with chnical biological behaviors. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision technique was used to detect CD10 expression by the stromal cells in 116 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of CD10 by the stromal cells in gastric carcinoma was 19.0% (22/116). Of 22 CD10 stromal cell positive gastric carcinomas, 20 (91.0%) were well-and moderately-differentiated carcinoma that was higher than those in CD10 negative tumors ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate was 86.4% with lymph node metastasis in CD10 positive stromal cells of the tumors, which was higher than those in CD10 negative tumors ( P 〈 0.05). The frequency of positive stromal staining was significantly higher in the cases with vessel invasion (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no correlation between stromal CD10 expression and clinical stage ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion CD10 expression in the stromal cells seems to contribute to metastasis potential in gastric carcinoma and may play an important role in the progression of well-and moderately-differentiated gastric carcinoma.
