摘要
城镇化、工业化伴生了一个特定群体———失地农民。目前的土地安置政策存在补偿标准低、社会保障体系不健全、集体资产管理混乱和农民拿不到足额补偿款、缺乏对失地农民就业培训等关键问题,侵犯了失地农民福利。因此,必须考虑提高补偿标准、建立健全社会保障体系、建立培训和安置机制等相关政策和措施来保障和提高失地农民的利益。
From the aspects of industrial structure, industrial distribution, industrial organization and industrial technology, and focusing on the development of industry, the essay makes an analysis concerning the status quo, characteristics and existing problems of village-and-town enterprises in Beijing suburbs. By computing regional quotient, their characteristic industries are analyzed. Finally, proposals for the development of village-and-town enterprises in Beijing suburbs are put forward.
