摘要
目的:观察中药内服和热熨治疗劳损性腰痛的疗效。方法:观察组30例用通淤腰痛汤内服和五子热熨方热熨,对照组30例用超短波和电脑中频治疗,两组均以10次为一疗程,1个疗程后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)记录疼痛评分以统计结果。结果:两组治疗后均有明显疗效,VAS值显著下降,治疗组下降值及显效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服和热熨治疗劳损性腰痛疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect on lumbar pain of strain treated with Chinese herbs orally used and hot compressed. Method ：30 cases were treated with Remove Blood Stasis and Relieve Lumbar Pain Decoction orally used and Five Seeds Hot Compress Decoction hot compressed as the study group while 30 cases were treated with uhrashort wave and computer intermediate frequency as the control group. Both the two group＇s course of treatment is 10 times. After one course of treatment, VAS was adopted to record pain scores in order to collect statistics results. Result ： There is obvious effect on the two groups and the numerical value of VAS decreeased greatly. The numerical value decreased and the effective rater of the study groups are both higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conchlsion ： The therapeutic effect on lumbar pain of strain treated with Chinese herbs orally used and hot compressed is great.
