摘要
通过对预、结算进行全面、系统的检查和复核,及时纠正所存在的错误和问题,使之更加合理地确定工程造价,达到有效地控制工程造价的目的,保证项目目标管理的实现。
The budget and settlement auditing is the necessary process and important to ensure the project cost. The existing mistakes and problems in project cost will be corrected by checking the budget and settlement generally and systemitically. As a result, we can confirm the project cost more logically, control the project cost effectively and ensure the realization of management by objective. How to realize the auditing of the project cost rapidly, especially the budget and settlement, in this paper they are divided into three aspects to discuss in detail.
