摘要
以轻质C5馏分为探针,考察了Ni/Al2O,-SiO2催化剂的加氧活性稳定性。讨论了催化剂活性下降的主要原 因,并进行了催化剂再生实验。结果表明,在使用Ni/Al2O3-SiO2催化剂对轻质C5馏分原料加氢时,催化剂活性下降的 主要原因是原料中双烯烃和炔烃齐聚生成的齐聚物覆盖了催化剂的活性位,催化剂活性随着催化剂表面齐聚物生成量的 增加而呈现缓慢下降的趋势。由于这种齐聚物疏松地附载在催化剂表面,并可以在氧气气氛中和较高的温度下从催化剂 表面脱除,使催化剂得以再生,其活性可以恢复到新鲜催化剂水平。
The hydrogenation activation and stability of Ni/Al2O3-SiO2 catalyst was studied with light C5 fraction as the probe. Main reasons for decrease of catalyst activity were discussed, and catalyst regeneration experiment was made. Result showed that the main reasons for decrease of catalyst activity in hydrogenation of light C5 fraction with Ni/Al2O3-SiO2 as the catalyst was that the oligomer formed by oligomerization of dienes and alkines in the raw materials covered the activity position of catalyst, which consequently made the catalyst activity show a downward trend with the increase of oligomer formed in the appearance of catalyst. As the oligomer attaches to the appearance of catalyst loosely, and can be removed off in hydrogen gas and high temperature, the catalyst can be generated with the activity recovering to be as fresh catalyst.
