摘要
从创新团队自身建设及外部环境支持两个方面对高校创新团队建设中存在的问题进行了分析,对加强高校创新团队的建设提供了新的思路,明确了高校在创新团队建设中的工作重心应是切实为创新团队的成长提供适宜的外部环境。
The self- construction and environment problems of college creation - team are discussed. Some approaches are introduced for the development of college creation - team. Our study shows that the focus for the development of college creation - team is offering a suitable environment.
