摘要
随着经济市场化改革的推进,民间金融在我国经济活动中已广泛存在,并获得快速发展。数量庞大的民间金融资本体制外循环,必然导致民间金融的高风险,因此,对民间金融风险问题的研究有着较大的理论价值与应用价值。在分析民间金融快速发展原因的基础上,着重探讨了民间金融活动对金融市场安全、经济发展与宏观经济调控以及社会稳定的风险影响,进而阐述构建从市场准入直到市场退出等一系列民间金融规章制度和改革现有利率、汇率及税收等相关政策,是控制民间金融风险、促使民间金融形成风险内敛机制的有效举措。
As Chinese economics is transforming into market economics,folk finance has existed in our economic activites and has developed fast. Large quantities of finance capital are outside circulation of capital system,this must leads to high venture in folk finance, so researches on folk finance＇ s venture have high value in theory and application. On the basis of analyzing some reasons about folk finance＇ s quickly developing,this article mainly researches on venture influence on finance market, macroeconomy and society, then illustrates that theorizing about folk finance from market entering to market exiting and innovating some existing policies are the effective ways on controlling folk finance＇ s venture.
