Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Plasma ET and NO/NOS Levels After Treatment in Patients with Chronic Bronchopneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨了慢性支气管肺炎患者治疗前后血浆ET、NO/NOS水平的变化及临床意义。方法:分别应用放免法和生化法对51例慢性支气管肺炎患者进行了血浆ET、NO/NOS水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:慢性支气管肺炎患者在治疗前后血浆ET、NO/NOS水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而NO水平又非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗后3个月血浆ET、NO/NOS水平与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:测定慢性支气管肺炎患者血浆ET、NO/NOS水平的变化对疾病的诊断、治疗和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To detect the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET and NO/NOS levels after treatment in 51 patients with chronic bronchopneumonia. Methods Plasma ET levels was determined with RIA and NO/NOS levels with biochemical method in 51 patients with chronic bronchopneumonia both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Before treatment, plasma ET and NOS levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls (P 〈 0.01 ), while NO levels were significantly lower than those in controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). 3 months after treatment the plasma ET and NO/NOS values were not significantly different from those in controls (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Plasma ET, NO/NOS levels in patients with chronic bronchopneumonia were correlated with the severity of the disease process.
