摘要
期刊书目数据库是开放的、动态的、是最能反映期刊特征的书目数据库。期刊出版发行状态经常发生变化,相对应的书目数据库记录也必须随之变化,本文对工作实践中经常发生变化的期刊名称、期刊编号等几个方面进行了探讨,提出解决办法。
The periodical catalogue database is open and dynamic and it could reflect precisely the features of periodicals. The situation of issuing the periodicals is always changing and the corresponding records of catalogue database must be changed with it.
