摘要
西部地方高师院校的特点和教师队伍建设的严峻形势,要求我们必须坚持科学的发展观,以师德建设为前提,以教师专业化为方向,以改革创新、更新观念为动力,以青年教师培养为重点,切实做好教师队伍建设的各项基础性工作,面向未来,勇于创新,努力探索适应本校特点的教师队伍建设的改革之路,以提升西部地方高师院校的竞争力。
The features of normal universities and colleges in the western region and the grim situation of teachers group construction require that we should uphold the scientific view of development, that we conscientiously do all fundamental jobs for teachers group construction, putting teachers first, orientating teachers professionalism and motivating innovation and renewal ideas. In the face of the future and innovation, we should make great efforts to explore the reform approach to adapt for the features of our own universities and colleges in constructing teachers group and bring up the competitive position of normal universities and colleges in the western region.
