摘要
在介绍ISO9000基本理念的基础上,从教育教学的角度解析了以人为本、发展性管理和过程性管理的思想,讨论了加强高校的质量文化建设、充分发挥学生和教师在教学质量管理中的主体作用、处理好目标管理和过程管理的关系、强化教学质量评价的发展性功能等问题,为建立和完善高校教学质量体系提供借鉴。
Based on ISO9000 quality management idea,this paper,from the perspective of education and teaching,analyses the people-oriented idea along with the developmental management and the process management idea.It also discusses the issues as follows: the construction of quality culture,the main role of teachers and students in the teaching quality control,the relationship between objective management and process control,the developmental function of teaching quality evaluation,and so on.All above provides reference to construct and perfect teaching quality system in university.
