摘要
目的:考察固体分散技术及包合技术对莫诺苯腙溶出度的影响。方法:采用共沉淀法制备莫诺苯腙β-环糊精包合物,用旋转蒸发法制备莫诺苯腙PVP固体分散体,通过IR、UV、DSC法研究固体分散体及包合物的性质,测定了固体分散体及包合物的溶出速率,并考察两者的稳定性。结果:溶出速率的大小依次为固体分散体>包合物>原料药。UV、IR、DSC的结果表明形成了固体分散体及包合物。包合物具有良好的稳定性。结论:固体分散及包合技术能显著提高莫诺苯腙的溶出度,同时包合物能提高药物的稳定性。
OBJECTIVE To study the improvement in the dissolution properties of monobenzone by complexation with β-cyclodextrin and PVP. METHODS The inclusion compound was prepared by the co-precipitation method, the solid dispersion was prepared by coevaporation method. The inclusion complex and solid dispersion were investigated by using IR, UV, DSC methods. The dissolution rates and stabilities of inclusion complex and solid dispersion were investigated. RESULTS The solid dispersion had the greatest dissolution rate, followed by inclusion complex and drug substance. UV, IR, DSC confirmed the formation of inclusion complex and solid dispersion. The inclusion complex was fairly stable. CONCLUSION The dissolution properties of monobenzone was improved remarkably by complexation with β-cyclodextrin and solid dispersion.
