摘要
制备了一种新型甜菜碱型单体N-羧甲基-N,N-二甲基-N-烯丙基氢氧化铵。用均匀设计和实验验证优化合成条件,并通过蒙特卡罗模拟,得到最佳工艺条件为:氯乙酸钠(SCAA)的质量浓度29%,DMAA/氯乙酸(CAA)的摩尔比1.26,NaOH/CAA的摩尔比为1.02,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h,在此条件下得到收率为94%左右的合格产品,并用IR和MS对产品进行了结构表征。
A betaine-type vinyl monomer-N-carboxymethyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-allylammonium hydroxide inner salt (CDAH) was synthesized in this paper. The preparation condition was optimumed by the method of uniform design. Simultaneously, adopting regression analysis and Monte Carlo simulated obtained the optimum polytechnic parameter: concentration of SCAA is 29%, the mole ratio of DMAA/CAA is 1.26, NaOH/CAA is 1.02, reaction temperature is 50℃, reaction time is 4 h. The yield of CDAH can reach 94% (based on sodium chloroacetate) ,and the monomer is characterized by IR and MS.
