pcD2/VEGF对慢性创面Bcl-2和PCNA表达的影响

摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子基因治疗对慢性创面愈合过程中修复细胞增殖的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠形成背部失去神经支配的2 cm×2 cm慢性创面并随机分成对照组C组和实验组T组(每组20只),在71、2 d取材,采用免疫组织化学技术检测各组创面bcl-2、增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达和标记指数。结果T组较C组Bcl-2、PCNA表达及标记指数明显增加(P<0.05)。结论VEGF基因治疗能明显促进慢性创面修复细胞的增殖,促进慢性创面愈合。 Objective To investigate the effect of hposome - mechated vascular endothelial growth factort (VEGF ) gene on me cnronic wound of rats. Methods Forty Sprague - Dawley rats undwent denervatied dorsal cutaneous excision to form chronic wound and were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group (20 in each), At 7 and 12 days after treatment, the expression of VEGF and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were detected by immunohistochemistric method. Results Expressions of Bcl - 2, PCNA and its label in-dex were much more in treatment group than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The hposome- mediated VEGF gene remarkably fa-eilitates the proliferation of repair cells and accelerates chronic wound healing.
