MMT对欧-Ⅲ汽油车尾气排放影响的试验研究 被引量:6

Effect of methylcyclopen tadienyl manganese tricarbonyl fuel additive on exhaust emission of vehicles meeting EU-Ⅲ standards

摘要 使用符合欧-Ⅲ排放标准的6部汽油车分2组分别燃用辛烷值一致的含MMT 0.013 1 g/L和不含MMT(甲基环戊二烯基三羟基锰)的两种汽油进行4万km的行车试验,采用ECE+EUDC工况法整车排放测试系统对尾气排放的主要污染物HC(碳氢化合物)、CO和NOx进行了台架测试对比分析。结果表明:含MMT燃油的车辆HC平均排放值提高20%,CO平均排放值提高12.5%,NOx降低17%;三种主要污染物仍符合欧Ⅲ排放标准。 The test fleet was consisted of six vehicles which met the standards of EU- Ⅲ. Under the condition of the identical octane number, three vehicles used the fuel added methylcyclopen tadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT) in a concentration of 0.013 1 g/L (Mn), compared with the other three vehicles using clear fuel. The mileage of each vehicle was accumulated 40 000 km. According to the ECE + EUDC, the assay comparison of the main pollutants HC, CO and NOx were evaluated by the whole vehicle emission testing system. It is showed that the average emissions of HC and CO from MMT-fueled vehicles is greater than that from the clear fuel vehicles by 20 % and 12.5 %, respectively, the average emission of NOx is lower by 17 % and they still met the standards of EU-Ⅲ.
