摘要
利用差热分析、梯度炉与X射线衍射等测试分析方法研究了以V2O5为成核剂、SrO为添加剂的ZnO- B2O3-BaO系统结晶型无铅封接玻璃的析晶行为,析出的主晶相为Zn3(VO4)2,析晶温度为589.82-653.30 ℃,次晶相为BaB4O7,析晶温度为848.93-886.79℃。研究还发现,保温时间越长晶核得到充分长大,封接效 果好。由此可以确定出本系统封接玻璃的封接温度为590-620℃,保温时间为40-60 min。
The crystallization process and mechanism of ZnO- B2O3-BaO lead-free sealing glass containing V2O5 and SrO were studied by means of DTA, grads furnace and XRD. The main phase of this sealing glass is Zn3 (VO4)2, and its crystallization temperature is 589.82-653.30 ℃; And the second phase is BaB4O7, and the crystallization temperature 848.93-886.79 ℃. The results also show that the heat preservation time deeply affects crystal of sealing glass. Due to grown sufficiently, the longer the time, the better the sealing result. Through the above analysis, the sealing temperature of this system sealing glass is 590-620℃, and the heat preservation time is 40-60 min.
