摘要患者男,67岁,进食后觉中上腹部不适10 d人院.无恶心、呕吐,无腹泻,腹部MRI疑胰头癌腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移及肝肾多发囊肿(图1a).否认肝炎、结核及糖尿病等病史.体格检查:体温36.7℃,呼吸18次/min,脉搏78次/min,血压121/68 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),精神面容,营养中等.
