摘要
目的:探讨铸造桩核修复牙体折断烤瓷牙冠的方法及临床意义。方法:对30颗患牙采用铸造桩核使原烤瓷冠在已折断的牙上继续使用,观察其临床效果。结果:30颗患牙的铸造桩核就位顺利,烤瓷冠边缘密合,患者满意,修复后随访5年成功率93％,另两颗牙两年后发生了根折,再治疗困难,预后差而失败。结论:铸造桩核修复牙体折断的烤瓷牙碰,方法简便、省时、固位好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore a new method and its clinical significance of restorative ceramo- metal by using cast metal postcore to reutilize the broken crown. Methods ： 30 teeth were restored with ceramo - metal tooth by using cast metal post - core in order to preserve the old broken base tooth,and their prognoses were observed. Results-30 teetb post - core were inserted smoothly,and PFM crowns border sealed. During 5 yearg follow up ,93% （28 teeth） cases were successful, although unfortunately there were 2 cases of failure with split of tooth root. Conclusion ： Restoration of ceramo - metal tooth by cast metal post - core in order to reutilize the broken crown of the base tooth is convenient , time - saving and well casted , therefone it could be used widelv in clinic.
