摘要
目的探讨眼睑前层错位术矫正非内翻性倒睫的临床疗效。方法对23例(32只眼)的眼睑非内翻性倒睫患者施行经改良的眼睑前层错位术,观察术后眼睑和睫毛的位置、形态。结果术后随访4～12月,所有患眼倒睫消失,睑缘平行贴附眼球,由倒睫导致的眼刺激症状消失。结论经改良的眼睑前层错位术可有效治疗非内翻性倒睫患眼。
Objective To study the curative effect of the improved operation-anterior lamellar reposition with complete lid split for the treatment of non-entropion trichiasis. Methods 23 cases with 32 eyes were operated using the new method because of the trichiasis, the eyelid position in all the eyes was normal before operation. After operation, the eyelid and eyelash position were observed, aesthetics aspect was also evaluated. Results During 4- 12 months following-up, the trichiasis in all cases was corrected, lid margin was paralleled to the globe, the former complications in all cases were disappeared. Conclusion The improved operation-anterior lamellar reposition with complete lid split is an effective new method for the treatment of non-entropion trichiasis.
