东南沿海海域细菌谱及其优势菌伤口感染能力的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解东南沿海海域细菌分布之特征,观察致病菌的伤口感染特征。方法:经大范围海水采集后行海洋细菌增菌培养、分离、鉴定及药物敏感性分析,同时进行单一优势细菌的小鼠毒力实验和伤肢感染实验,并行组织病理光镜检查。结果:(1)共分离出34种203株细菌,其中弧菌科159株(78.33%),肠杆菌科24株(11.82%),非发酵菌15株(7.39%),革兰阳性球菌3株(1.37%),厌氧菌2株(0.99%)。(2)对21种抗生素的敏感性依次为亚氨培南、奈替米星、左氟沙星、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、复方新诺明,对头孢唑啉和氨苄西林敏感性差。(3)4种优势弧菌的细菌毒力实验发现,小鼠肠、肺、肝、肾脏组织细胞水肿、变性、灶性坏死。毒力强度依次为副溶血弧菌、溶藻弧菌、海鱼弧菌、霍利斯弧菌,副溶血弧菌可致败血症。(4)通过建立小鼠伤肢感染模型,观察优势弧菌的伤口感染能力,发现实验鼠皮下及横纹肌内有大量炎性细胞浸润,并可形成蜂窝织炎。结论:菌谱调查结果涵盖了该海域及海岸带细菌分布的特征。动物实验数据证实了4种优势弧菌的毒力和伤口感染能力。 Objective:To investigate the bacteria spectrum in Southeast China Sea area and to learn the wound infection characters of the main pathogenic bacteria. Methods: Bacteria were cultured, isolated and identified from widely collected sea water and were subjected to antibiotics sensitivity tests. The dominant bacteria were used separately for virulence and wound infection experiments in mice. The pathological changes were observed with microscope. Results: The bacteria included 34 species and 203 strains: 159 (78.33%) strains of vibrios, 24 (11.82%) enteric bacilli,15 (7.39%) nonfermenters , 3(1.37%) gram positive coccus and 2 (0.99%) anaerobe. The order of bacteria sensitivities to antibiotics was imipenem 〉 netilmicin 〉 levofloxacin 〉 gentamicin 〉 ciprofloxacin 〉 compound sulfamethoxazole. The bacteria had poor insensivity to cefazolin and ampicillin. Virulence experiments of 4 dominant vibrios showed edema, degeneration and necrosis in the intestine, lung, liver, and kidney of mice, with the order of virulence being V. parahaemolyticus 〉 V. alginolyticus〉 V. damsela 〉 V. hollisae. V. parahaemolyticus could cause septicemia. The results of infectious ability of the 4 dominant vibrios showed that vibrios could cause the wound inflammatory of mice. Inflammatory cells were found subcutanously and in the striped muscles, forming into dellulites. Conclusion: The characters of bacteria spectrum in Southeast China Sea area has been investigated. The virulence and the wound infection ability of the 4 dominant vibrios have been tested in mice.
