4t/h蒸汽锅炉煤气燃烧器堵塞问题分析及改造措施

摘要 4 t/h蒸汽锅炉燃烧器因燃气通道易被堵塞,无法正常使用高炉煤气,通过对高炉煤气特点和原燃烧器结构性能和工艺特征进行分析,提出了解决堵塞问题的技术措施,设计出了能正常使用高炉煤气的新型燃烧器,解决了堵塞问题,锅炉能正常使用高炉煤气,并将技术进行了推广应用。 Addressing the problem that frequent blocking of the gas burner piping in 4t/h steam boiler prevented normal B. F. gas feeding, the characteristic of B. F. gas and structural performance of the old burner as well as its technical characteristic are analyzed, and accordingly relevant technical measures are taken to solve the said problem, including a new type block- free burner which ensures normal B.F. gas feed to the steam boiler. The new techniques has also be spread out.
