摘要 乳酸杆菌不仅有多种生理功能,如控制肠内感染、抗肿瘤活性等,还能促进小肠局部细胞免疫和体液免疫.乳酸杆菌又是人和动物胃肠中正常存在的菌群,作为活疫苗抗原递送载体具有很好的安全性.因此,乳酸杆菌是一种理想的口服基因工程苗的表达载体.近年来,国外一些学者已经构建了表达不同抗原的乳酸杆菌,如炭疽杆菌保护性抗原、破伤风毒素C、霍乱毒素B亚单位、细菌素sakacinA和sakacinP等,口服这些乳酸杆菌后动物体内均能产生特异性黏膜免疫应答反应.本文对近几年来乳酸杆菌作为抗原递送载体的研究进展进行了总结,并对乳酸杆菌表达抗原时存在的问题进行了讨论.
