摘要
对10CrNi4MoV钢经消除应力热处理后冲击韧性下降的机理进行了探讨和分析,认为经冷弯成形并焊接的钢板进行消除应力热处理时,会在应力诱发下使P、C等元素在晶界偏聚而引起晶界弱化,呈现撕裂+沿晶混和断裂形式,是造成钢板韧性下降的主要原因。
Through orthogonal experiments, silvery white amorphous Ni-Mo-P alloy coating was obtained. The appearance, structure, chemical, composition and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied with SEM, XRD, EDAX and electrchemical polar. . ization curves. The results showed that with the addition of Mo element , the Ni-Mo-P alloy coating was of better performance than stainless steel and Ni-P alloy coating in corrosion resistance.
