摘要
用反应和红外吸附方法研究了钛层柱催化剂 ( Ti PILC)的表面酸性对环己酮氨肟化的作用 ,认为 TiPILC表面 B酸位是氨肟化的活性中心之一 ,环己酮和 NH3在 B酸位上作用形成的亚胺物种经钛的过氧化物氧化为环己酮肟 。
The effect of surface acidity of TiPILC on ammoximation using reaction and IR adsorption methods has been studied in this paper. The Bro¨nsted acid site over TiPILC is supposed to be one of the active centers of cyclohexanone ammoximation. The interaction of cyclohexanone with NH 3 on Bro¨nsted acid site of catalyst forms imine species which transforms to oxime oxidized by peroxo species of titanium. The formation mechanism of cyclohexanone oxime from cyclohexanone is proposed.
