摘要
以Cr_2O_3料浆为对象,研究三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和柠檬酸等减水剂对料浆ζ电位、粘度和固含量的影响,并采用SEM等方法观察分析了料浆固含量对Cr_2O_3喷雾造粒料松装密度、粒径分布和颗粒形状的影响。结果表明:由三聚磷酸钠和水玻璃复合的减水剂对Cr_2O_3料浆的分散效果最好;在保证喷雾造粒要求的粘度下,加入0.2%复合减水剂可将Cr2O3料浆的固含量由不添加时的58%(w,下同)提高到79%;Cr_2O_3料浆固含量为75%的喷雾造粒料松装和摇实密度大,粒径分布合理,空心、破损和梨形颗粒少。
Effects of various water reducing agents such as trimeric sodium phosphate, sodium hexametahpospate and citric acid, etc on ζ potential, viscosity and solid content of chromic oxide slurry were studied. The influence of solid content of the slurry on packing density, granule size distribution of spray dried granule was analyzed ,and the granule shape was examined by SEM. The result indicate.the compound water reducing agent containing trimeric sodium phosphate and sodium silicate has the best dispersion effect to chromic oxide slurry,0.2% addition of the compound water reducing agent can increase the slurry's solid content from 58% to 79% in the qualification of meeting spray drying requirement. The spray dried granule prepared with slurry containing 75% solid has high packing density,appropriate granule size distribution and regular shape.
