摘要
目的为手掌筋膜间隙疾病的临床诊治提供形态学依据。方法对新鲜手标本进行大体解剖学观察后应用低温冰冻技术制成手的薄层断面标本,对手掌筋膜间隙进行观察和计算机三维重建。结果鱼际间隙的近端为盲端,远端经第一指蹼间隙通向手背的间隙。掌中间隙的近端与前臂屈肌后间隙相通,远端分为3个小间隙,经第2,3,4指蹼间隙通向手背的间隙。同时在PC机上建立了标本的三维可视化模型。结论鱼际间隙的近端为盲端,掌中间隙的远端分为3个小间隙,手掌部筋膜间隙的可视化研究对该区域疾病的影像学诊断和外科手术具有重要意义。
Objective To provide morphological basis for the clinic diagnosis of diseases of faseial spaces of hand. Methods firstly fresh hands were anatomized , then serial thin cross-section of fresh hands were made by cryomicrotome, and the thin cross-sections of metacarpal parts were observe. A personal computer was employed to reconstruct three-dimensional structures of the faseial spaces of hand. Results The proximal of the thenar space is close, the distal of this space open to 1st web space, and continuously to the dorsal spaces, the proximal of the midpalmar space open to the posterior space of antebrachial flexor by the carpal canal, the distal of this space open to 2nd ,3rd and 4th web space, and continuously to the dorsal spaces, the visible model of the fascial spaces of hand was completed in the PC. Conclusion The proximal of the thenar space is close, the visualization of the fascial spaces of hand can provide some guidance for imaging diagnosis and surgical treatments.
