摘要
目的探讨脑外伤患者锁骨骨折手术治疗的时机和方法。方法对37例合并脑外伤的锁骨骨折患者进行手术固定,并随访。结果平均随访9.2个月,34例一期愈合,5例克氏针松动,其中3例骨折不愈合,钢板固定者6例发生螺钉松动。结论脑外伤患者病情平稳即可行锁骨骨折手术治疗,钢板固定系统有较好的疗效。
[Objective] To evaluate the time and methods for surgery treatment of clavicular fracture in head-injured patients. [Methods] Thirty-seven head-injured patients underwent surgery for clavicular fracture and were followed up. [Results] Thirty-four of the patients achieved primary union during six to eighteen months （averaged 9.2 months） follow-up. Three were ununioned in five patients with Kirscher wires loosening and six patients with plate screw appeared loosening of screws. [Conclusion] Clavicular fracture can be surgical treated when state of life signs are stable. The plate screw system is suitable for internal fixation of clavicular fracture in head-injured patients.
