摘要
对自然之债法律效力的分析包括五个方面,即:自然之债的请求力、自然之债的强制执行力、自然之债的私力实现力、自然之债的处分力和自然之债的保持力。对自然之债的法律效力应结合不同的具体情形分别作出分析。
Including five aspects to analyze the legal forces of natural obligation, they are the forces to claim, to enforce, to realize by oneself, to dispose, and to keep. To analyze the legal forces of natural obligation, we should combine all kinds of cases and analyze separately.
