摘要
现行《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)沿用历次钢结构设计规范的规定:轧制普通工字钢简支梁的整体稳定系数φb不能引用等截面焊接工字型和H型钢的整体稳定系数φb的公式计算,而直接给出表格查用。通过分析表明,按《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)附录B公式(B.1-1)所计算的φb,与规范GB 50017-2003中表B.2所给出的数据基本一致,因此建议今后规范统一采用公式(B.1-1)的理论公式计算φb。
The current “Code for Steel Structure Design ”（GB 50017 - 2003）still adopts the stiputations of all the previous codes, i. e, the formulas of overall stability reduction coefficient φb for the uniform cross-section welded I-shaped and H-shaped steel can not be used by hot-rolled I-shaped steel simply supported beam in the calculation, but the table is directly given. The analysis indicates that the φb calculated by formula （B. 1 - 1 ） in appendix B of code GB 50017 - 2003 is consistent with the datas in table B.2 of same code,and it is suggested the same theoretical formula（ B. 1 - 1 ） should be used to calculate φb.
