摘要
随着生物技术的发展,转基因技术在植物上的应用越来越广泛,许多食用植物在生产上得以应用,因此转基因食用植物引发的安全性问题引起了人们高度的关注,文章就转基因食用植物安全性问题的食用安全性进行分析,分别从抗生素抗性基因、毒性、过敏性及营养水平四个方面进行讨论。
With the development of biotechnology, the application of transgene technology was widely adopted on plants. A great many of edible genetic engineering plants were put into commercially use. Issues of safety of edible genetic engineering plants have drawn much attention. The safety of edible genetic engineering plants was analyzed in the paper. The antibiotic resistant gene, toxicity, allergen and nutrient level discussed.
