摘要
分析建立城镇职工医疗保险制度的新形势下,医院面临的挑战与机遇。指出医院管理中医德医风存在的问题,探讨加强医德医风建设的实现途径。
This article analyzes the challenge and opportunities confronting the hospital under the new circumstances after the establishment of the medical care system for staff and workers in cities and towns. The problems of the medical ethics existing in hospital management are pointed out and the approaches to strengthen the construction of medical ethics are explored as well.
