摘要
目的:探讨伤后8 d内认知障碍改变与不同程度脑震荡(BC)损害的关系.方法:成年SD大鼠36只,应用自制单摆式闭合性脑损伤机械打击装置复制不同损伤程度的BC大鼠模型.随机分为对照组、单纯型脑震荡(SBC)组和复杂型脑震荡(CBC)组(n=12).应用Morris水迷宫实验,评价大鼠空间学习记忆功能.结果:在Morris水迷宫测试中,SBC组大鼠1~3 d找到平台的时间与对照组相比显著延长;CBC组大鼠伤后1~5d找到平台的时间与对照组SBC组相比显著延长.SBC和CBC大鼠在Morris水迷宫无平台探测试验中,在原有平台象限(Ⅲ象限)的时间比对照组减少但无显著差异.结论:认知障碍的严重程度与脑震荡损伤程度有关.
Objective: To study the correlation between cognitive deficits and different injured level during the first 8.days after brain concussion (BC) in rats. Methods: Thirty- six Sprague- Dawley rats weighting between 250 g and 310 g were used. A rat BC model was produced by a simple pendulum device. One control, a simple brain concussion (SBC) and a complicated brain concussion (CBC) groups were used ( n = 12 in each group). The Morris Water Maze (MWM) was used to assess spatial cognitive function. Results: The latency of found the hidden platform were much longer and significant differences during the lst- 3th day post injury in SBC groups and in the lst--6th day after injury in CBC groups compared with the control group. Probe trials demonstrated that the BC produced reductions of stayed time in the target quadrant, but there were no statistically differences between the two different injured level groups of BC and the control group. Conclusions: The degree of cognitive deficits correlate with the severity level of BC in rats.
