摘要
在平面二包环面蜗杆传动接触分析的基础上得出,影响该传动副使用效果的主要原因是传动副对误差敏感性大,解决办法是对蜗杆修形。提出了修形量的计算公式,指出了在各种误差状态下传动副真实接触位置及其它各对齿啮合线上各点分开的距离,给出了该误差状态下蜗杆的修形值及修形部位、跑合量及跑合时的接触顺序。由修形后传动副的接触状态分析可见,传动副对误差的敏感性已大大降低。最后给出了在某一安装误差状态下的修形方案。
on the basis of tooth contact analysis of the Wildhaber-worm gearing, a conclusion is drawn that the Wildhaber-worm gear pair is so sensitive to errors as to affect its effectiveness,and therefore it's necessary to mend the tooth shape of the worm.The computation formula of mending tooth shape volume is given.on each error condition,after pointing out the Wildhaber-worm gear pair actual contact position and the distance between the engaging points on the other pairs of tooth,the amount of mending tooth shape and mending position are given in this error condition,so are the running-in value and the contact order in running period. Thus it can been seen that, after mending tooth shape of the worm,the Wildhaber-worm gear pair sensitivity to errors has been greatly reduced.Finaly the mending plan for a installing error condition is given.
