现代信息技术对现代项目决策有很大的促进作用,同时又会带来很大的冲击。人们必须全面研究它的特点和影响,特别是对决策行为可能产生的负面影响,以使人们的管理理念、管理方法、管理手段更适应现代项目决策的特殊性。
Modem information technologies do great promotion as well as impact to the modem project decision.People should fully understand it, especially the negative influence that may be caused by the decision behavior. So they can make their management thoughts, methods and means better adapt to the particularity of modem project decision.
