摘要
研究以国外大豆种质资源(SPRIT87、HOBBIT)为核心亲本,与国内当地育成的品种(合丰42号) 为改良亲本,在杂交育种遗传改良的基础上,与辐射诱变育种技术结合,经过连续定向选择,利用品质分 析、抗病鉴定等方法,选育出合辐04-40、合辐04-46和合辐04-52等3个高油新种质,油分含量 23.95%-24.20%,产量2259.0-2779.5 kg/hm2,产量较对照品种增产11.6%-21.2%,抗灰斑病。报道高油种 质创新研究结果。
This studies utilized foreign germplasms resources (Sprite87,Hobbit) as the key parents, and utilized local soybean variety Hefeng 42 as the improvement parents. Based on the crossbreeding and genetic improvement, and combined with radiation breeding techniques, through continuous directional selecting and using quality analysis and soybean disease-resistant, three high-oil new germplasms were bred, they are Hefu04-40, Hefu04-46 and Hefu04-52. Their oil contents are 23.95%-24.20%, the yields are 2559- 2779.Skg/hm^2,and the yield increased 11.6%-21.2% compared to check. This paper reported the results of creating soybean high-oil germplasms.
