摘要
目的:探讨炎克宁2号方治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性盆腔炎患者90例,随机分为炎克宁2号方治疗组和西药对照组,分别观察其治疗慢性盆腔炎三种病症的疗效。结果:治疗组病症疗效、综合疗效、证候疗效治愈率分别为23.3%、23.3%、20%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炎克宁2号方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of a traditional Chinese medicinal formula-YanKeNing Ⅱ on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:90 CPID patients were selected out on the basis of the diagnosis crteria and curative effect criteria of the guiding principles of clinical researches on new kind of Chinese medicines.The patients were then randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group of western medicine.Results:The curative effects of the therapeutic group on the aspects of disease types,comprehension and syndromes is respectively 23.3%,23.3% and 20%,which are superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CPID can be successfully cured with Yan Ke NingⅡ
