摘要
介绍了电容式湿度传感器的谐波分析测量法.该测量法采用傅里叶变换完成了从测量数据中提取信号的工作,并在电容式湿度传感器测试系统中得到应用,可以有效地将干扰噪声从测量数据中分离出来,减少噪声干扰的影响,使信噪比得到较大提高.
This paper introduces the harmonic analysis measure method of capacitive humidity sensor. The signal is extracted from measure data by Fourier transform, the measure method is applied to capacitive humidity sensor measure system, and the interference noise is isolated from measure data effectively. The measure method can reduce the influence of interference noise and can improve the SNR.
