摘要
针对铣削难加工材料时,刀具粘结破损严重的问题,以铣刀片的粘结破损试验为基础,通过对不同条件下的粘结破损的发生情况进行对比分析,探讨了铣削过程中粘结产生的原因,进而得出了粘结破损的产生机理.为粘结破损判据的研究奠定了理论基础,同时为三维复杂槽型铣刀片槽型的进一步优化重构提供了抗粘结破损的理论依据.
This paper aims at the serious Sticking Failure problem while milling hard - cut materials. On the basis of the Sticking Failure experiment of mill cutter, it discusses the reasons by the sticking in the process of milling by contrasting the Sticking Failure in different circumstances, and then gets the Sticking Failure Mechanism, which provides the academic basis not only for the study of criterion of the Sticking Failure, but also for the further optimization and reconstruction of milling insert with 3D complex groove.
