摘要
目的清查老旧建筑物的数量和现状,对海量的各类建筑物数据进行快速查询和分析.方法利用GIS技术,结合建筑物抗震普查结果,以GIS软件ArcView3.2为平台应用Avenue脚本语言设计建立信息管理系统.结果以沈阳市普查数据为基础,在1:5 000的电子地图上建立沈阳市建筑物抗震普查信息管理系统,得到各种类型的统计数据、图表和反馈分析;从系统统计结果可知:截止到2003年底沈阳市1989年前建筑物占全部建筑的1/3左右.结论GIS是一种结合计算机科学的空间信息系统,对空间分布的地理数据进行分析和显示,适合应用于城市防灾减灾.沈阳市建筑物抗震普查信息管理系统的建立,将GIS结合到抗震普查中,改变了传统的工作方法和手段,使得抗震普查工作进入了新的阶段.
In order to investigate the quantity and current condition of the old buildings and carry on faster inquiry and analyze the data of every kinds of plenty buildings, the information management system of urban buildings is set up based on the results of general earthquake resistant investigation of urban buildings, the geographic information system( GIS) technology and the software ArcView platform by adopting the script language Avenue. Based on the general earthquake resistant investigation data of Shenyang city, the system for information management of Shenyang urban buildings of general earthquake resistant investigation is set up in the electronic map at 1 : 500 0. We can achieve every kinds of basic data, charts and feedback information. From the statistics of the system we can know that the buildings account for about 1/3 of all buildings before 1989 in Shenyang until 2003. GIS analysis shows that the geographical data of space distribution is a space information system combining computer science, which is suitable for applying to the disaster prevention and reduction of the city. Combined GIS in the general earthquake resistant investigation, the informa- tion management system of general earthquake resistant investigation of Shenyang buildings change the traditional methods and means and make the general earthquake resistant investigation enter a new stage.
