摘要 目的、方法:用高效液相色谱分析、比较豚鼠咽鼓管和肺表面活性物质中磷脂的组成成分和含量,为人工合成咽鼓管表面活性物质,预防和治疗中耳炎提供理论依据。结果:咽鼓管和肺表面活性物质中均检测出了磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)、磷脂酸(PA)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、神经鞘磷脂(SP),每4只咽鼓管中各磷脂含量(g)及所占百分比:PE:123.4640.66,(428)%;SP:67.9517.94,(214)%;PS:48.57土18.84,(164%);PC:32.6013.17,(114)%;PI:22.945.73,(8士2)%;PA:2.90士0.00,(10.3)%.而1个肺中:PC:563.82士74.5,(68土4)%;PE:95.92士20.30,(11士2)%;Pl:68.33士14.63,(8士1)%;PS:51.43士14.26,(62)%;SP:34.04土6.13,(4士1)%:PA:16.83l.61,(2土0)%。结论:咽鼓管表面活性物质中磷腊成分含量不同于肺,提示体内不同部位的表面活性物质可能各有特殊的功能作用。 Objective and Methods: To analyse and compare the biochemical component and content of phospholipids of surface active substance between eustachian tube and lung in guinea pig by the high performance liquid chromatographty (HPLC). The present study was undertaken to produce rationale for artificial synthesizing effective eustachian tube surfactant to prevent and treat aural barotrauma. Results: Phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylinositol (PI), phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidic acid (PA), sphingophospholipid (SP) were detected. The content (μg/four ear) and percentage of phospholipid in eustachian tube surfactance: PE: 123.46±40.66, (42±8)%; SP: 67.95±17.94, (21±4)%; PS: 48.57±18.84, (16±4%); PC: 32.60±13.17, (11±4)%; PI: 22.94±5.73, (8±2)%; PA: 2.90±0.00, (1±0.3)%. In comparison, in pulmonary lavage (μg/one lung): PC: 563.82±74.5, (68±4)%; PE: 95.92±20.30, (11±2)%; PI: 68.33±14.63, (8±1)%; PS: 51.43±14.26, (6±2)%; SP: 34.04±6.13, (4±1)%; PA: 16.83±1.61, (2±0)%. Conclusion: The phospholipid composition of eustachian tube surfactants are different from that of pulmonary surfactants, suggesting that the surfactants located in the different organs have their specific function.
