摘要
用液体静置法体外培养小鼠骨髓基质细胞.对贴壁生长细胞进行倒置显微镜下的原位连续观察和数种酶的细胞化学观察.根据细胞形态和酶蛋白质活性明显的移行特点,主要区分出三种类型的细胞,即网状细胞、巨噬细胞和成纤维细胞.观察到星形细胞和至少一部分巨噬细胞来源于网状细胞.
The culture of bone marrow stromal cells was performed in 615 mice with Dexter system. Changes of activity of hydroxyproline-2-epimerase(Hp-II-E) and nonspecific esterase (NE) were observed continuously in situ. According to cell shape and the character of enzyme protein activi-ty, three types of cells were identified, fibroblasts, reticular cells and macrophages. It was also observed that stallate cells and part of macrophages stemed from reticular cells.
