The basic components of data flow diagram and the steps of software drawing are introduced, the progress of software delaminating analysis by data flow diagram in information processing is described. And the importance of applying data flow diagram is indicated. Applying the data flow diagram in the information processing can improve the visibility and ability of control of the software analysis, and will be useful for finding and clearing the faults of software in the early developing period.
