摘要
霉酚酸酯是一种新型免疫抑制作用的抗生素,在临床上广泛应用于各种器官移植,并具有多种新的临床应用价值。本文从霉酚酸酯的药效学、药代动力学、临床应用和霉酚酸生产等多角度进行综述,着重对霉酚酸酯生产中最关键的霉酚酸发酵的各种影响因素进行分析综合,最后展望了霉酚酸酯的发展趋势和研究前景。
Morpholinoethyl ester of mycophenolic acid (MMF) is a new imunosuppressive antibiotic with wide clinic application, especially for organ implantation. In the present communication, the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, clinical applications and production of Morpholinoethyl Ester of Mycophenolic Acid are reviewed. Especially, the effects of fermentation conditions on the productivity of mycophenolic acid are introduced in more details. Finally, the future profile of MMF's research and clinical interests is also presented.
