摘要
资源的有限性与城市防灾工程项目需求的无限性,是城市防灾规划管理中的一大难题。在大量社会调查的基础上,本文运用系统工程的基本理论和方法,结合城市防灾工程的特点,建立了城市防灾工程综合评价的指标体系及模糊评价模型,进而建立了投资优化模型,并进行了实证研究。
The limited resources and limitless demand in engineering project of city disaster prevention is a great challenge in planning management of city disaster prevention. On the basis of a large amount of social investigation, the basic theories and method of the system engineering are used in this paper. Combining characteristic of city disaster prevention, the comprehensive evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model are set up in city disaster prevention engineering. Then it is found for optimized models in investing, and the positive research is also carried on.
