摘要 Clp蛋白酶在生物蛋白质代谢调控中发挥重要的作用,它通过调节代谢途径中限速酶的水平来控制代谢的过程,同时可以及时清除细胞内一些具有潜在毒性的不可逆损伤蛋白质,从而保证细胞正常的生理功能。文章对Clp蛋白酶的结构,作用机制以及生物学功能等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Clp protease controls metabolic processes by regulation the levels of key rate-limiting enzymes and removing irreversibly damaged proteins that is toxic for cells potentially. Recent progresses in study of structure, catalytic mechanism and function of Clp protease are reviewed.
