摘要
采用微电泳和微量进样技术将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)分别引入鸡、麻鸡、鹅、鸽和鹌鹑脊髓的颈、胸、腰不同节段的一侧灰质内,逆行追踪了小脑核团向脊髓的直接投射。结果表明:在颈髓不同节段单侧引入HRP后,上述动物对侧的小脑内侧核中出现了不同数量的标记细胞。其中在C3引入HRP者出现的标记细胞最多,依次向后部各节段引入,标记细胞明显减少。在C9引入,仅有2例动物出现了1~2个标记细胞。胸段和腰段脊髓引入,尚未发现小脑核中出现标记细胞。从而说明:①禽类存在着小脑内侧核至脊髓的直接传导通路;②这一传导通路是向对侧投射的;
The direct cerebellospinal projections in chicken, sheldarake, goose, pigeon,and quail were investigated by means of HRP retrograde method. The HRP was microelectrophoresed or micro-injected into the gray matter of different segments of cervical, thoracic or lumbar spinal cord. Variant numbers of labeled neurons were observed in the medial nuclei of contralateral cerebellum of different fowls after introducing HRP into the cervical cord, especially into the upper cervical segments(C3~C5). No labeled cells were found in the cerebellar nuclei following HRP introduction into the lower cervical cord and more caudal segments. The results suggest that 1) the medial nuclei of the avian cerebellum can directly project to the spinal cord; 2) the cerebellospinal are pathways contralateral; 3) the tracts can only reach to the mid-cervical cord.
