摘要
目的探讨结肠损伤的术式选择。方法对手术治疗的76例结肠损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果一期手术治疗63例,术后发生肠瘘3例(4.8%),治愈62例(98.4%)、死亡1例(1.6%)。二期手术治疗13例,再次术后发生肠瘘2例(8.3%),治愈12例(92.3%)、死亡1例(7.7%)。结论结肠损伤一期手术治疗是一种理想的可行的手术方式。严格掌握手术适应证,完善围手术期处理十分重要。
Objective To study the choice of operation for colon injury. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with colon injury treated with surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 63 patients treated with one-sage operation, postoperative intestinal fistula （IF） occurred in three patients （4.8%） and 62 patients （98.4%） were curred while one （1.6%） died. In 13 patients treated with two-stage operation, postoperative IF occurred in two patients （8.3%） and 12 patients （92.3%） were curred while one （7.7%） died. Conclusion One-stage operation is a good choice for patients with colon inju- ries, if the indication is stricted and preoperative and postoperation managements are prefect.
