摘要
在对《国家公务员暂行条例(》以下称“条例)”和《中华人民共和国公务员法(》以下称“公务员法)”进行对比分析的基础上,总结了新法与旧例的差别并提炼了公务员法“新”之所在,比如:新法明确了公务员的范围,实行公务员分类制度,实行聘任制等。
Based on the comparing and the analyzing about The Law Of Public Servant of The People's Republic Of China and the Temporary Statute Of National Public Servant, the paper summarized the difference between the old temporary statute and the new law, expurgated the new point of the new law, such as defining the range of public servant, implementing the system of the sort of public servant and carrying out the system of appointing to a position etc.
