摘要
教学是高校最为古老、传统的职能。目前我国高校出现了和美国二战后教育界相似的问题,即将学术狭隘地等同于科学研究,教学越来越不被重视。这在很大程度上影响了大学的全面职能,特别是育人职能的实现。“学术水平”应分为“科研的学术水平”和“教学的学术水平”,教学和科研是相互促进关系,教学一旦失去科研,或科研一旦失去教学,自身的发展都会受到极大的影响。
Teaching is the oldest and traditional function of colleges and universities. Taking academy as research narrowly and attaching less and less importance to teaching, which is similar to the problem happened in USA after the World War II, arose in China. It influences the complete function of colleges and universities, especially the function of cultivate people. Academic level should be divided into“scientific research level” and “teaching level”, which are supported by each other. The development will be limited if lose any of it.
