摘要
民事上诉中的禁止不利益变更原则具有充足的法理依据和重要的法律意义,我国的民事诉讼法对此应予采纳。
About the principle ot prohibiting alteration for interests in civil appeal, there is enough legal basis and importance in civil appeal. It should be adopted in civil procedural law in our country.
